Ishwor Pokhrel Abiral, a name resonating with melody and meaningful tunes, was born in the picturesque hills of Gulmi Rupakot, eventually finding his home in the vibrant town of Rupandehi, Manigram. While his roots are deeply embedded in the rich cultural heritage of Nepal, his journey has taken him beyond borders, making Australia his residence since 2009.

Abiral’s musical odyssey commenced in 2002 with the release of his debut song, “Janu Paryo Ni Ma Ta Lahore,” marking the inception of a career that would see the creation of more than two dozen soul-stirring compositions. Some of his famous tracks include “Ratto riban,” “Kali mori,” “timi chhainau ta chhaina sittal,” “maile jhai marne bare,” and “kati bajyo,” each weaving stories through enchanting melodies.

Beyond the realm of music, Abiral harbors a profound dream—to seamlessly blend his passion for music with a commitment to social work. This aspiration reflects his dedication to contributing positively to society, creating a harmonious balance between his artistic endeavors and philanthropic pursuits.

Serving as the president from 2016 to 2018, Abiral played a pivotal role in promoting and nurturing the talents of Nepali artists residing in Australia. Currently, he was a president of the president for the “Rupandehi samparka samaj Australia,” a social organization dedicated to connecting and supporting the Rupandehi community in Australia from 2021 to 2023.

Ishwor has made a significant impact by independently raising funds to assist numerous individuals in need, both in Australia and his home country of Nepal.
